Bedford Music Cooperative

Bedford Music Cooperative provides instrumental and vocal lessons for children and young people in schools and community hubs across Bedford Borough.

Our experienced and passionate teachers work with students of all ages and abilities, from complete beginners to advanced musicians, offering both individual and small-group tuition across a wide range of instruments and voice. We also provide exciting ensemble opportunities to help pupils grow in confidence, develop their musical skills, and enjoy making music together.

Founded in 2016, Bedford Music Cooperative was created by a team of dedicated music teachers who wanted to continue providing high-quality music education while supporting one another and the families we work with.

As a teacher-led cooperative, we are committed to putting pupils at the heart of everything we do. Our teachers all work to shared cooperative values, and our experienced Admin Team and Board ensure the smooth running and continued development of our service.
