Bedford Music Cooperative partners with schools across Bedfordshire to provide high-quality music tuition.
Our experienced teachers deliver lessons at your child's school, making learning convenient and accessible. Lessons are booked and paid for directly through Bedford Music Cooperative each term.

What is Eepos?
Eepos is the secure online system Bedford Music Cooperative uses to manage lesson applications, student records, and teacher information.
To apply for music lessons, you'll need an Eepos account. After submitting your application, you'll receive an email with instructions to create your account. Simply follow the link, enter your details, and you'll be ready to go.
Your personal information is stored securely and managed in accordance with GDPR requirements. You can request access to, or deletion of, your personal data held in Eepos at any time.
Eepos does not store or process your payment information. Eepos is a trusted music education management system used by music hubs and services across the UK and Finland.

FAQ’s
I have applied for a lesson, what happens next?
We put your name on a waiting list. When a teacher has space, they will contact you. When the lesson time is agreed, we will invoice you. With the invoice will be a request to set up a Direct Debit. The money will be taken in 11 monthly payments. Once the DD (Direct Debit) is set up, lessons can start.
How do I know when the lessons will be?
Your instrumental teacher will be in touch to inform you when the lessons will take place (day/time).
Are lessons every week?
We deliver 34 lessons throughout the academic year, we keep a few weeks clear for when teachers are involved in events and concerts.
Can I rent an instrument?
Instrument can be hired at cost from Music for Bedford Borough here.
How do I stop lessons?
Please inform your instrumental teacher and the office team if you wish to stop your lessons. We do require a 4 week cancellation period (refer to our Terms and Conditions for more details).
